I haven’t found another workout that has the same physical and mental benefits. The studio is welcoming and instructors are all great. They offer a variety of classes to keep it interesting. It’s challenging but so worth it!

This is one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere is vibrant and so so accepting. I’ve been able to feel like I am a part of the yoga community and that I can exceed my own expectations in my health journey. Thank you to the staff who are the main reason that I continue to attend classes. I’m truly a different person because of it. No matter what shape, age, or gender you are, there’s always a place for you at the Hot Room.

The Hot Room is my Happy Place! I started going a year ago and was a little unsure of how I would feel stepping into a new environment and new exercise routine. The workout is challenging in all the best ways and the instructors are AMAZING. Everyone I have encountered here has been great at making me feel comfortable, welcomed and well guided, in what has been and continues to be, a truly transformative experience, physically and otherwise.

I’ve been attending the Hot Room classes for over 9 months now and became a member 4 months ago. It’s been an amazing experience from day 1! The patrons and staff have been the most welcoming and supportive group of people of any organization I’ve ever joined. The classes are challenging yet accommodative to all fitness levels. I highly recommend the Hot Room to everyone!

If your looking for yoga studio that is welcoming, challenging, fun, and have the most knowledgeable instructors then you have found the right place. It’s nice they offer different styles of memberships that fit the individual. All the studios are beautiful, full of positive energy, and leave you with lots of new friendships. Love the hot room!

I LOVE The Hot Room! The practice is consistently amazing, the teachers and staff are always welcoming and accommodating, and the community is so supportive. I never hesitate to invite friends because I know they’ll have a great experience as well, regardless of their experience level!

The Hot Room is such an amazing studio! From the minute you walk in the door you feel supported and encouraged to make the most out of every class. It’s a great workout and the sense of community is top-notch. All you have to do is breathe. The rest is optional.

Hottest place in town for hot yoga! Haven’t found a studio anywhere else in lots of major cities that does it as well as they do. Great instructors that aren’t afraid of cranking the heat and making students comfortable at the same time!
